I highly recommend Border Therapy Services on John Hayes! My experience with the entire team has been excellent.

Enoch Ruiz is an outstanding physical therapist. He is extremely detail-oriented, thorough, and dedicated to providing the highest quality of care. He pays close attention to every aspect of the therapy process and makes sure nothing is overlooked. His professionalism, precision, and commitment to helping his patients improve truly stand out.

Randy is also excellent. He treats patients with genuine dignity, respect, kindness, and humanity. His approach to physical therapy makes you feel comfortable, valued, and well cared for throughout the entire process.

Nancy at the front desk is absolutely amazing! She always welcomes you with a smile and is consistently ready to help. She goes above and beyond when scheduling appointments, doing everything she can to accommodate the clinic's availability with the schedules and needs of the patients. Her kindness and helpful attitude make such a positive difference.

Big shoutout to the hardworking team at this location starting with Nancy at the front who is super helpful, patient, and understanding. Also Dr. Rachel, Liz, Randy, Phillip, Dorian, and best of all, Mr. Enoch Ruiz. I came to their office several weeks ago with severe pain and impaired mobility from multiple injuries due to a high speed vehicle collision- this awesome team of professionals worked diligently to help piece me back together like Humpty Dumpty. Their personalized exercise plan with gradual modifications over time taught me how to begin moving my body safely and confidently to regain more independence with daily tasks. Meeting this team and learning as much as I have from them is only the beginning of my lifelong recovery after such a difficult, life-changing event, but I could not have asked for a better headstart. The Joe Battle location is elite. On one of the worst pain (Therapist Randy went above and beyond with manual stretching).

Enoch and Juan are also a group of fantastic Therapists!

Great place.I’ve been here twice. The staff is great. Starting with the receptionist. All the therapist are great. but there is always one who stands out. He is friendly and sweet He is Enoch Ruiz. Randy, what can I say? Well first of all this man is pretty awesome. It's almost worth going to my appointments just to be encouraged by this man. I love how caring and supporting all of the staff are at this location, easily five stars, but Randy makes this place deserve like ten more stars. To start, everyone there is incredibly welcoming and kind, I’ve had the pleasure of working with the whole team, and they’re all amazing. I especially want to thank Randy and Enoch for always pushing me past my limits in the best way, while also helping relieve tension and pressure. I cannot say enough about Border Therapy Services on John Hayes. The clinic is clean, bright and inviting. The staff is so knowledgeable and professional. Rachel Santiago, the Physical Therapist, is very bright, patient and listens to the client. Randy Gutierrez, the clinic director,  is on top of his team and makes sure everyone is on task and that the client's needs are met. Enoch is so kind and respectful while working with me and Yoshi has that youthful energy that just helps to motivate everyone.  Nancy at the front desk is very kind and helpful with taking care of appointments and insurance matters. All in all the entire staff at the John Hayes location have a good rapport and they treat their clients like family.
