Now that we have officially shaken off the cobwebs from winter, it’s time to plunge ourselves into the great outdoors of Maine. As a native Mainer, you would think I would know all the hot spots and places to go for a fun summertime in Maine. Truth is I don’t, and while we’re being honest, I don’t even like lobster either.
I have rented a kayak once, actually maybe it was a canoe, and this summer I added it to my bucket list to go again. I didn’t know the first place to start looking, so thankfully I stumbled upon Sebago Trails Paddling Co.
Here are some of their top places for easy paddles, as well as a full map of launch sites in Maine. Happy Paddling!
