Today is: National Eat Your Vegetables Day!

It’s really so much easier said than done. Sometimes eating our vegetables is just plain torture. Remember how your mom used to force you to eat those canned green beans and spinach? Most people want to eat healthy but if your taste buds have the choice between broccoli or mashed potatoes…chances are that they’re going with the mashed potatoes.
