VA Community Care referred me to Back In Motion for pain in my right ankle and lower back. I was granted 16 visits and in that time my nagging ankle pain is no more. My back is doing MUCH better as well. The staff is very knowledgeable, ultra friendly and always professional. I was bummed when my time there came to an end. 10 stars if I could!

I had a fantastic experience with back in Motion Physical Therapy in Auburn. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Their thoughtful and supportive approach made me feel truly cared for throughout my treatment. I'm late leaving a review, as I ended PT back in May! But Pam Morgan was a FANTASTIC physical therapist. She was extremely gentle and grounded, and genuinely wanted my input about how things were affecting my body. As someone with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome from Long Covid, I spent the last year building strength and stamina, and it very much paid off for me. I am much more steady and stable than I was a year ago when I started PT. I also saw Todd a few times, and he was wonderful as well!

Went in for headaches, for which I had ideas of causes. They listened, checked me over, and said that cervical strengthening might or might not help, but it was worth trying. I did 8 weeks of exercising and stretches, going in to Back in Motion once a week with a daily at-home program. I found the team at Turner St Auburn location to be awesome. They cared. They worked with what I needed. They listened. They didn't push nor give you more than you could handle for exercises. It's been the best PT therapy that I have been involved with. I received injuries with two prior PT offices in the past and was more than hesitant to even go. I had been to a different Physical Therapy Practice a couple of years ago and it was not a good experience. I recently had surgery and I was told that I had to go to PT and I was dreading it. I decided that I would try Back in Motion at 600 Turner St. Auburn, Maine. Everyone at this location is AWESOME !  I appreciate all of the support from the staff to get me back to where I was before surgery and back to work ! Went here for a shoulder injury and they were amazing! The receptionist was very friendly and knew me by name after the first week. Since they do such great work (and I diligently followed the home instructions) I only was seen for 6 weeks. I actually miss going! Highly recommend.

Back in Motion came so highly recommended that I knew I had to give them a try for physical therapy needs after my knee replacement surgery.  I couldn’t be happier with that decision.  Each person at Back in Motion makes you feel welcome, like you belong there from the moment you walk in.  On top of the warmth and professional knowledge you receive, I find the camaraderie amongst the professionals there to be wonderful.  When they tell me I will get back to normal and not to give up, I feel it as well.  If I feel a bit frustrated with myself, the PTs talk you through it.  When I walk out, I feel much better about my progress and stronger with their hard work on me along with their explanations. Showing me exactly what to do at home on my own as well.  I value Back in Motion and the PTs as the perfect place for getting stronger and more agile as we work in tandem on getting me back to normal with regards to my new knee!!

I have been going to Back In Motion for about 7 weeks and Vinny is the best ! I am finally getting relief from my lower back pain and neuropathy that I have been dealing with for years . The entire office is friendly and totally relieved my anxiety about going to Physical Therapy. Scheduling is very flexible and they work to get you in.
