Back in motion In Ellsworthgot me into the office quickly and started mine recovery program. All of the staff in the office is super helpful and always willing to review exercises with me multiple times if necessary. Back in Motion in Ellsworth has been really helpful with my back issues. I highly recommend them! The therapists are knowledgeable, and Sage discovered something that might be contributing to my pain. No one in the office, where I previously had physical therapy thought of it. The Physical Therapists at Back in Motion in Ellsworth are extremely knowledgeable and caring.   I had been suffering with bad arthritis pain for two months straight. Back in Motion is great. They listen to my concerns regarding my knees and help me by working with my knees by doing exercises. Daniel at Back in Motion has been working me to resolve lower back pain that has plagued me for an extended period of time.  After a little over a week, I'm beginning to have more movement with less pain.  Daniel has guided me through the exercises and quickly makes adjustments when necessary.  He explains and demonstrates how to do the exercises to make sure I'm getting thd most benefit from them. The Ellsworth Back in Motion group are very knowledgeable at their job. I walked away pain free from a long term tendon inflammation from their skilled care. Along with their knowledge and skill they also create a very fun atmosphere with humorous banter between themselves and the clients  that aides in the healing.
