Julia and Karl are greatly experienced in physical therapy and a couple of the friendliest people I've ever met. They will make you feel comfortable and motivated. Great place, you won't be disappointed!

After 2 1/2 years, I am back at Back In Motion In Saco. Yup, second complete knee replacement! The PT,s were new to me however, what I am about to share goes for then and now. I worked with both Karl, Julia and Alex at times. They were excellent in their knowledge of any of the scenarios that I was experiencing plus they were very sensitive to my concerns and were able to fine tune the exercises to my needs. Erin at the front desk was very helpful and always pleasant. I highly recommend Back In Motion located in Saco for whatever your needs may be.

All the staff at the Saco location are so kind and helpful. I work with Julia and Emma, as well Alex sometimes. They all are knowledgeable and personable. I have made great improvements during my time there.

This is my second review at Saco Back in Motion because I needed to have treatment for my right shoulder and upper arm and had a different physical therapists. This time I worked with Lucas at the Saco branch. Again I am giving them another 5 stars because I got excellent treatment. The treatment plan Lucas created for me was very effective and my body responded really well to each therapy especially the dry needling therapy which was new to me. I highly recommend Lucas and the entire team. I am very appreciative for their help and care. KF Review #1 I was working with Cam the Physical Therapist at the Saco location of Back in Motion. When I first began treatment I was having difficulty waking due to severe hip pain which also affected other parts of my body. This condition limited my ability to function in my day to day life. I had never had PT services before so did not know what to expect. I was amazed at how Cam’s treatment plan unfolded and how effective it worked for me, His expertise was key to my success. Not only did he focus on my issues at the sessions but he taught me how to care for myself so I can maintain my program at home. That empowerment is priceless. Cam and Michael created a super fun environment in which to heal and I will be forever grateful for their care. They gave me my life back. I highly recommend this PT group for your care. I’ve had vertigo for 25 years. I’ve tried everything to help alleviate it came back with vengeance last year and back in motion was recommended by my doctor didn’t have much hope as I always get the same answer but with Mike Morais I finally got relief not only got relief but in just a few weeks it was a huge difference. Now when I flare up happens, I head right to Mike and nipping in the butt as they say Michael has made a difference in my well-being. I can’t recommend high enough how much of a difference he made with my vertigo.

I walked in to see if I can be seen because of an injury on my right lower back and hip area. The receptionist was so kind and the Physical Therapist came out and fitted me mr into his schedule.name is Lucas. When I left my pain was no longer and he made a plan of action for me. I'm grateful for my experience at Back In Motion. My PT, Lucas, is compassionate in working with me during my sessions, and is an excellent coach in guiding me through home exercises between visits. He is the perfect combination of professional and friendly, as is the rest of the staff. They also show great teamwork, so I know I will receive consistently excellent care always.

This BIM location is BY FAR the BEST!!!! The staff is TOP NOTCH!!! They ALL are soooo Knowledgeable not only about physical therapy itself but also about the body itself & sooo many conditions!! They know EXACTLY what you need while also sincerely caring about you as a person 💝 Joe heads the team with his Expanse Knowledge & a big smile; always made me laugh🥰 Mike was so on point with the exact exercises my shoulder & bicep needed & at the precise time in my prgression!!! Sooo incredibly informative & caring💝 Cameron was a student when I started & did my intake assessment with respect & confidence! Now he is sharing his fresh knowledge as a permanent part of the team. I just love his smile & gentle personality! Erin always greets everyone with a smile & sincere respect. I will admit to immense concerns knowing these surgeries are difficult to fully recover from but thanks to an amazing surgeon & EVERYONE at the Saco Back in Motion I have recovered with FULL RANGE OF MOTION AND ahead of schedule!!!!! You are ALL TOP NOTCH & AMAZING IN EVERY WAY❣️🥰
