I had a wonderful time at this location for the many issues my body decided to crop up between headaches, rib issues, and vertigo. Evan was such a wonderful help and very much supported me every step of the way. The staff at this location in particular are some of the best not only in what they do but also in the way they treat their patients. The atmosphere was always friendly and when you're having a tough time they pretty much always put a smile on your face. I looked forward to my appointments and now I honestly miss them!

I had some really intense vertigo for about a week and had had no help from my initial quick care appointment at another practice, but I got in with Mike and he was amazing. He very patiently explained everything he was doing and why, and showed me the correct way to do the exercises I had previously been told to just google. He was very thorough in checking everything out and even made it feel fun instead of strictly business, and I'll definitely be coming back to him if I have more vertigo or balance problems in the future :)

I had sciatica pain in my right butt cheek which also jumped down to right calf for about three months.  I thought maybe it was permanent.  Then, I got a referral for PT at Back In Motion in Scarborough. Evan Andrew’s, P.T., DPT, diagnosed my issue quickly and got me started on some simple exercises which gradually did the trick.  I just had my last visit yesterday, and I’m back to my old self.  Evan is extremely well-versed in how human body is put together- He knows his stuff.  Thank you, Evan and Ben for your help. Mike does an awesome job treating vertigo. Over a few years I have experienced 3 kinds of vertigo. Mike did a thorough assessment and matched his treatment and home exercises to match the problem. Instead of medication, his treatment resolved the dizziness.

Micheal is incredible! Very kind and understanding and listens ! I definitely recommend him and other staff .. on my second time there ! With server vertigo and now lower server back pain.. I have nothing but good to say about Back in Motion in Scarborough. Scheduling is really easy and I’ve worked with both Mike and Evan and am very happy with their care, the clearness of direction and the great information they share about my injuries and how the specific therapy is helping. I had a great experience at Back In Motion Scarborough. Mike, Aaron & Ben were awesome! They are very professional with a laid back setting. I had a frozen shoulder I had 12 sessions and completed 100%. They work hard to make sure the therapy is working and you understand the exercises. I would recommend Back in Motion Scarborough! Evan was great to work with. He took a detailed history, listened, and crafted a plan which allowed for feedback and evolution over time. I've been going to Back in Motion for 6 weeks and I can't recommend them strongly enough. I've been to other PT offices and been horrified by the lack of attention as the therapists have assigned exercises and either gotten on their phones, chatted with co workers ( in another room!!!), or gone to other patients ( too many stacked patients), never checking form! That is not true at Back in  Motion. Each and every staff member from receptionists, office managers to the therapists have been friendly, caring, informative ava pay constant attention to form etc. They are fun and pleasant to be around and genuinely listen to reports on progress, etc. My therapists have been my partners in my recovery and have modified my plan to fit my goals! I was referred to Mike Moras at Back in Motion due to symptoms of vertigo. He has over 20 yrs experience dealing with this condition. He was able to pinpoint my problem in the first 30 min of the first appointment. Turns out I didn’t have vertigo. My dizziness was being caused by a previous ear infection that was throwing off my balance. We worked on some eye movement exercises that cleared up my problem after 3-4 visits.
