Heather received her Bachelors of Health Science, as well as her Masters and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Husson University. Throughout her years in the field Dr. Lander has worked and developed a range of experiences in orthopedic and sports medicine; treating conditions from impingement, tendonitis, strains, and sprains to post-operative repairs and replacements.
Heather grew up in Downeast Maine and has a love for the hard-working people that live there. She has a passion for improving the quality of life of her patients on an individual basis through the use of manual treatment, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular rehabilitation techniques. Her focus is to provide a fun, energetic therapeutic experience where individuals are not treated as patients but family. She believes that a positive attitude is a critical component to her patient’s recovery in achieving their goals and a higher level of functional independence.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, running, and spending time with her family.
Brandon is a native Mainer and received both his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Husson University. He enjoys helping people live better lives with less pain/dysfunction and specifically enjoys treating orthopedic and sports injuries. Brandon loves meeting new people and learning about different walks of life. He feels evaluating an injury is like putting together a puzzle.
When Brandon is not treating patients, you can find him hiking, camping, playing lacrosse or basketball, or enjoying a cup of coffee with friends and family.
